I'm an AI Automation Engineer based in Karachi, and I work remotely with Dynasty Communications, a Geotab reseller in the US. I didn't start here, though. My first years were spent on the enterprise help desk, and honestly that's where I learned the most: I got to see, day after day, exactly how much time good people lose to boring, repetitive work.
That's the part I set out to fix. These days I build AI agents and n8n workflows that quietly do the busywork, reading from Salesforce, QuickBooks and Geotab, making the small decisions, drafting the replies and putting the reports together. On top of that I write Salesforce apps, MyGeotab add-ins, and the integrations that keep everything talking to each other.

Day-to-day org administration — custom objects (incl. a Call_Log__c replacement for EAC Tasks), custom fields, page layouts, field-level security, record types and permission sets; Email-to-Case with support / billing / info / onboarding queue routing; and a fully configured Knowledge Base with custom "Written By" & "Type" fields.
A Google Apps Script engine on the QuickBooks Online REST API that runs a daily product sync, builds invoices and pushes financial reporting into the team's shared workspace — with safety guards against mass overwrites.
